Georgiou's graduate and cadetship programs are designed to maximise learning in a structured and tailored environment. Strong mentoring and management support is key to the recognised success of these programs.

The Cadetship (Undergraduate) Structure
The Cadetship (Undergraduate) Program is developed for students who are currently studying a Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying degree.

This program provides students with the opportunity to gain relevant work experience, establish industry contacts and develop career opportunities whilst undertaking university studies.

The Graduate Development Structure
The three year Graduate Development Program is available to Civil Engineering and Construction Management graduates. This program has been structured to maximise exposure to a diverse and varied range of disciplines, including but not limited to:

  • Engineering
  • Project Management
  • Estimating
  • Construction Management

Applications for the Graduate Development Program open annually from 1-30 April.
